Our choice selection of luscious, traditional and tropical fruit and nuts are hand selected, hand washed and marinated in brandy for four days before being batch baked slowly to retain all of the rich flavours and textures that you will only experience in our Thornalley's Classic Fruitcake. By Batch Mixing and baking we retain maximum control over the final product and this enables us to produce our famously irresistible and utterly decadent fruit cake for your enjoyment time after time.
