The flight starts with a 30-minute briefing, in which we cover a basic version of a student pilot's 'learn to fly' materials. You'll fly the mission (lesson) with your Instructor acting as your co-pilot. Your instructor will quietly handle any technical stuff for you. Like the military basic training, here we cover the basic phases of flight, including climbing, straight and level, turning and descending. A serious student pilot would learn this over 4 lessons - but in this hour, you skip straight to the fun stuff!
