Then for dinner cook up a delicious treat on the BBQ or book a romantic table at the Lodge. The nature theme continues with the natural décor and use of warm native timbers in your luxurious suite, which has an ensuite bathroom with massage shower, heated floor and mirror demister. Sleep surrounded by silence and awake to the sound of the birds, refreshed and ready for a healthy breakfast on your private balcony of juice, coffee or tea, selection of cereals, yoghurt, seasonal fruits and home-baked breads. There is plenty of time for you to explore the Abel Tasman or to visit Nelson market and the local artists and wineries. On the last morning, enjoy breakfast in bed or on your sunny deck before taking a stroll down to the source of the Riwaka River and see one of New Zealand's most beautiful short DOC walks.
